The Nation State; the thirst for political power

When the Jews and other so-called undesirables were rounded up in Germany and sent to concentration camps, they surely must have wondered why the nation state, that some infamous Jews like Karl Marx and Saul Alinsky, seem to have so revered, tuned on them to commit some of the most grievous atrocities on humane existence. Why didn’t the nation state provide the liberties that natural law and unalienable rights provides to the majority, despite Germany being instituted as a democratic republic?
Zionists are individuals who believed in the establishment and its continued maintenance as a Jewish lead nation state, the world calls Israel. They thought, if the nation state was created and ruled by Jews that the nation state, would surely become more civil and prosperous.
According to an article by Alcibiades Bilzerian of Veterans Today “While so many Americans are subsisting on food stamps, losing their homes, and accumulating credit card debt they will never be able to pay off, the US is giving Israel $3 billion in direct foreign aid every year and, according to Congressman James Traficant, another $12-17 billion in indirect aid such as valuable military equipment deemed “scrapped,” loan guarantees, and preferential government contracts. Israel is an affluent country with more than 10,000 millionaires and, according to the International Monetary Fund, was one of the few economies that weathered the 2008 financial storm nearly unscathed.” http://www.veteranstoday.com/2013/07/17/how-much-does-israel-cost-the-average-american/
Of course Israel and the Jews has been at war with the Palestinians/Arabs for so long, that it could almost be deemed perpetual. Instead of being the persecuted and oppressed as they were during WWII, they have now turned into the tyrants/oppressors, denying an entire population of millions of people a place to call home. Several Million people literally have no country.
Obviously Israel has not achieved peace nor prosperity. I would suggest however that it’s not the Jew but the nation state. It appears to eventually turn it leaders and followers into tyrants and it does not matter if they are Jews, Japanese or Mayans, as they all eventually succumb to the thirst of political power.
The institution of the Nation State appears to either turn or attract, for those people that seek its power, into fascists at best, psychopaths at worse. All one must do is to look at two basic statistics. The number of people killed by their own governments in the 20th century: est. by Professor RJ Rummel at 262 million and the total number of people killed in wars in the 20th century: estimated at 38 million by several entities. Here: http://necrometrics.com/all20c.htm here: http://www.scaruffi.com/politics/massacre.html Here: http://www.war-memorial.net/wars_all.asp?q=3 This author says: “Centuries prior to the 20th were demonstrably more “peaceful”. Pitirim Sorokin, in vol. 3 of Social and Cultural Dynamics, came up with these statistics that show how remarkably “peaceful” the 19th century was. Imagine that; more people are actually killed by their own governments than were killed in wars in the twentieth century; the most violent century in history. As governments have become better organized and sophisticated, war and the number of death are both rising. When government was most limited and individual liberty was at its greatest, the world was by far, less violent both in terms of civil and extrajurisdictional conflict. If government is so necessary, than why does it kill its own Citizens at such massive levels?
The severe problems of tyranny do not exist however at all times within the nation state. When the Nation State is minimal in size as compared to its population and with lesser power derived through taxation, whether it be at its origin or after its failure, the less tyranny there appears to be. However the longer a nation state exists, the more it is predisposed to growing larger in percentage of GDP required to maintain its’ existence and the more tyrannical it gets, which the world calls fascism, because it must extract greater amount of money from its Citizens. No society has been able to stop this encroachment, with the nation state “always” failing at some point in its future. Almost all nation states end up at one time or another being overthrown by their own militaries. As we have previous examined, civil conflict between government and its Citizens ranks highest on the list of failures and Citizens by the millions die because of this. This occurs generally in conjunction with various economic failures associated with excessive taxation, regulation or nationalization of major industries. Small societies with greater ratios of natural resources will generally survive better than those with large populations with lower ratios of natural resources, but there are always exceptions to the rule. Often depending on where the nation state is at in its economic cycle and how much property rights are protected by the culture. The Roman Empire lasted for a great while, but this required high levels of imperialism; a continuous military, political and economic overthrow of other nation states or societies.
Today’s imperialism is much more sophisticated, being accomplished in a coupling of both economic and military and covert interventions into the affairs of other nation states. Many governments are colluding to help one another maintain their economic and social strongholds over their people, using money derived from the taxation of one nation state, as the above article notes, to assist another nation states in their imperialistic endeavors. Believing that this is not occurring or happening in almost every nation state is a big mistake. Th ill affect are there, just to different degrees.
Although the legalization of the use or threat of force to confiscate money and property through taxation and regulatory fees from its Citizens has shown to be the underlying cause of the nation state’s deterioration over time, the human race has been thus far unwilling to adopt the non-aggression axiom, negating its use, which would place a legal prohibition against it. In the United States, this adoption by some of it Citizens is called “libertarianism” and is done in an affidavit or declaration, each individual attesting to its observance. There are libertarians situated in every country of the world, however their ranks have yet to be large enough to offset the tyranny and oppression caused by the nation state.
How many people will die at the hands of their own governments and in wars between nation states in the 21st century will be a testament to the human’s races capacity to understand a very simple concept; Chaos only occurs when the Citizens are stripped, through government prohibitions, of their freedoms to defend themselves against criminal elements and the tyranny of the nation state, especially when they are in collusion. All appearances indicate it is the nation state that creates conflict up and above what we human beings create by our own devices. When Citizens rise up against the tyranny of the nation state, they are deemed terrorists. Many of our founding fathers would have been put to death, has they not won the Revolutionary war. They were however not committing treason.
Every nation state that has stripes their citizens of the ability to defend themselves from the tyranny of the State and criminality, has become progressively more fascist and tyrannical. This is not done just with weapon controls, it is done by thwarting the Citizens attempts to protect their individual rights and property, by legislation and Judicial decision.
With the abrogation of the Right to Petition the Government for Redress of Grievance resolved in the We The People vs. The United States in 2007 and the continued restrictions placed on weapons ownership, one could make an extremely strong argument that the United State is on its way to another very destructive period in its history. If history repeats itself and many of the social policies remain in place that we have today, The US should end up somewhere in line with Nazi Germany and it’s early to mid 20th century history. The resemblances are amazingly shocking. The results will obviously not be the same but they will be strikingly similar.
It is the nation state that is the problem and it always has been. How to get the bastards to stop and quit their jobs appears to be the $trillion dollar question.
